Error in price or product description
Errors in product description or pricing can be fixed at any time. We strive to provide you with the finest deals. Errors in pricing could happen. Invoice
A copy of your invoice can be sent to you by email (upon request) or by mail.
Order Status
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as the order is completed.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
If there is a standard manufacturer's warranty in place at the time of purchase, Canadabalances.ca will offer it to its clients. Regarding any product, part, or component that is not produced or serviced by Canadabalances.ca, Canadabalances.ca gives no additional warranties, either explicit or implicit. If an inspection reveals that the products are flawed, Canadabalances.ca will grant the buyer the benefits of the manufacturer's warranty. The equipment's performance is only covered by the manufacturer's published specifications.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Only online orders are subject to the prices listed on our website. Orders placed by phone, email, fax, or in-store are not eligible for them. Prices are subject to change at any time and are FOB at our warehouse address. Taxes and shipping fees are not included in the prices.

Return of goods
The deadline for returning a product is 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. No merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange without the prior written consent of Canadabalances.ca. Only merchandise in its original container and/or packaging may be returned and will be subject to inspection. The purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
Depending on the manufacturer's return policy, returns of items that were not listed as in stock at the time of purchase may be subject to a restocking fee or, in rare circumstances, may not be accepted at all, in addition to shipping or other fees. Clearance item sales are final.
Shipping errors, missing or damaged items must be brought to our attention immediately (damaged products must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading indicating the damage).
If there are delivery errors, we will promptly ship a replacement order with the proper item or items. However, you will be billed for both orders if the original or wrong item or items are not returned to us within two weeks. The item or items will be credited to you after they are returned.
Returned items will be inspected to determine if they are damaged or have been abused. A restocking fee or other charges may be assessed or items may be refused before any credit is issued.
